Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms
Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team

The candidate should have the ability to work independently to gather, digest and interpret technical information from multiple sources, and communicate technical proposals to internal and external teams in a clear and unambiguous manner.
The primary responsibility includes the requirement break down, design, coding and feature validation and maintaining high quality software.
To be able to benchmark systems, analyze system bottlenecks and propose solutions to eliminate them.
Stays current with the cutting edge in Backend related technologies like Microservices Architecture, NoSQL platforms, Java, Design Patterns.
Experience in Big data solutions.
Evaluates engineering approaches and risks to produce development plans that ensure high quality, low cost products and systems.
Delivering a complete application development and ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop.
Coordinating the workflow between the frontend and the backend teams.
Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API.

Must have strong experience in model based development using MATLAB, Simulink and state flow.
Should possess excellent development, coding and testing skills.
Development of MATLAB/Simulink model for automotive ECUs.
Experience in Simulink APIs m-scripting.
Experience in static code analysis using Polyspace.
Should be able to write test cases by referring to requirements or model.
Experience in MBD testing such as MIL/SIL.
Experience in developing models and auto coding using Targetlink or real-time-workshop (RTW).
Root causing and debugging the reported field issues on the static and HIL benches.
Good programming Skills in C for Real Time and Embedded applications.
Experience in working on HVAC Automotive domain.
Understanding of Compilers.

Minimum 2 years experience in Automotive Software validation Plant Model Development using MATLAB and HIL
Testing HVAC components using dSPACE
Verification of features functionalities developed for HVAC control system
Working knowledge on automotive communication protocols e.g. CAN LIN GMLAN FlexRay
Debugging skills Hands on experience in using debuggers and emulators

Translates written and verbal communication between offshore and onsite technical team.
Translates confidential e-mail and other written documentation (business and technical) from Japanese to English, and English to Japanese.

Written and verbal fluency in English and Japanese, including keigo, jargon, slang, and idioms, with basic understanding of technical subject matter.
Ability to produce high quality results under tight deadlines and fluctuating priorities while coordinating between offshore and onsite technical teams.
Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy and work effectively with all levels of personnel.
Experience with English and Japanese versions of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Professional training in Translation/Interpretation or equivalent experience.
